1. “Complaint” boleh diakses terus melalui halaman “Dashboard” dan “Bar Sisi Kiri”
2. Senarai Aduan memaparkan maklumat seperti
- Project Reference No.
- Complaints reference No.
- Huraian tentang Aduan
- Complaint Status. Contohnya : “Open”, “Assigned”, “Awaiting for Verification” or “Closed”
