To get to "Complaints", it can be reached from either
1. Dashboard page
- Reaching from Dashboard
- Click on the “Complaints” link at the right of the page

2.Sidebar
- Getting from Sidebar
- To go to “Complaints’’ from Sidebar, click on “Compaints”

Complaints List can be found as shown in the table as below.

“Complaints” table shows with
- Project Reference No.
- Complaint Reference No.
- Complaint Description
- Complaint Status
- As for Example: “Open”, “Assigned”, “Awaiting for Verification” or “Closed”
