To get to "Complaints", it can be reached from either

1. Dashboard page

  • Reaching from Dashboard
  • Click on the “Complaints” link at the right of the page

  • Getting from Sidebar
  • To go to “Complaints’’ from Sidebar, click on “Compaints”

Complaints List can be found as shown in the table as below.

“Complaints” table shows with
  • Project Reference No.
  • Complaint Reference No.
  • Complaint Description
  • Complaint Status
  • As for Example: “Open”, “Assigned”, “Awaiting for Verification” or “Closed”
