To update or change information on the complaint move cursor on “Actions”.

Click on “Edit” to update complaint details.

The Complaint that saved are place as Complaint Assignment.

1. Complaint Assignment
  • “Complaints Assignment” shows the assigned team to check on the validity of the complaint

The edit and update is done to update the Complaint Assignment to another Three Stages Complaint.

Those Three Complaint Stages are:

1. Complaints Reporting.
  • “Complaint Reporting” shows recommendation and report on the inspection

2.Complaints Verification.
  • “Complaints Verification” shows details of verification.

3. Complaints Work Order.
  • “Complaints Work Order” shows link to the work order taken in taking care of the complaint
