In the Meeting Details there is a column to "Type the Guest Email".

To invite “Guests” for meetings, type your guest name into the box, the email is search by guest name.



For Example, type “Rizwan”. A list of guest name will be showed with Rizwan’s name is underlined.




Click “Invite” to invite all guests on the list.




Guests have been put to the list.
  • To make sure all guests are alert about the meeting, click “Send Email Invitation To All Guests” to send an email to each of them .
