Administrator plays the most role in the process flow. Beside the above illustrate of tasks, the Administrator also perform the following tasks:
 
1. Add, edit, delete any Invention.
2. Add, edit, delete any Intellectual Properties.
3. Add, edit, delete any Commercial Agreements.
4. Add, edit, delete any Projects.

Process that involve by Administrator will be Process 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17.
