"License Credit" is a credit license used to record the number of licenses used by your company. One credit license will be used for every single user each month. Every credit license has an expiration date. Therefore, it should be used within the specified period.


To save on usage of credit license, you are advised to remove unassign users who are no longer using the system or users assigned to resigned employees.


WHY?

By using license credit, you will get more flexibility in terms of addition or reduction of users at a time. As an example, if you have purchased 5 users for 12 months, you will get 60 license credits with expiration date year later. If you only use 3 users in your first month, you will have a remaining of 57 credit licenses for use in the following month. Therefore, if you suddenly need 5 users in a month, you can use the license without additional charges if you still have remaining valid credit license.


1. LICENSE CREDIT

To access this page, go to “Global settings”, and click on “License Credit” menu.

Here you can see  when is the expiry date of your account  and also the start cycle when your license credit will be deducted.

Here you can see the storage available inside your system.


Credit license is deducted every month based on the number of existing users. You can view the credit license transaction monthly as follows:



Here, you can view the list of monthly usage of your company’s license credits. Each user will use 1 license credit per month depending on the license type that is assigned to him/her. If you have an unused user, please ensure that you unassign the user so that your license credit is not deducted.



2. PAYMENTS


To extend the account by yourself, you can click on Extend Subscription.

After you click extend subscription, you will able to see the following screen:

You can purchase the item, then click the confirm purchase for the next step.

Here user have to key in number of user want to renew.

Here user have to key in number of months want to renew.

After click Confirm Purchase, here you can make a payment of your purchase item.

Lastly, system will auto renew your account.
