This module is to individually assess the capability of a salesperson to achieve the target which have been determined in OfficeCentral system.

To access this module, go to CRM and choose “KPI” section.


1. Click Details to view salesperson KPI status.
2. Click Update KPI to update.
3. You can set yearly and monthly target.  
  • Leads” will be calculated based on number of leads added to the system.  
  • Accounts will be calculated based on number of new accounts added to the system.
  • Meetings will be calculated based on number of meetings attended and recorded in “Meetings” in the system.  
  • Potentials will be calculated based on potential project amount recorded in “OfficeCentral”.
  • Sales” will be calculated based on sales amount.
