1. "Accounts" company (or individual) that has a sales opportunity. They may be past customers, or they may also be your potential customers.
2. All “Accounts” are your customer. Company’s “Accounts” depends on you business, “Accounts” be used to record individual information who is a payer for your service.
3. Select “ Contact book” and click “Accounts” then press “View List”.
Click to view list of your accounts.
Click to view the number of accounts assigned to you.
Click to view the view list of debtor aging.
Click on this button to add “ACCOUNT” information.
Click to import account from external file such as excel or paste into the system.
Click to combine 2 “ACCOUNT”.
Click on this button to combine the account.
4. This page show you how to “ADD NEW” in accounts.
Please key in account name. You are required to fill in all information marked with *.
Please select the related account type.
Please key in the salesperson name related to this account.
Please key in account registration number.
Please key in related tag number.
Please key in GST account number if any.
Please key in the date GST being imposed on the account.
Please enter the coverage area if the account is also involved in distributor module.
Please key in whether the account is being blacklisted.
Key in information if account is being blacklisted.
Note: Account can be delete but before that you have to delete contact for related account.
