Inventory is a list on number of items or products supply by the company. Inventory needs to be updated when there are new purchases of stock and system will automatically minus the number in the inventory when there is a new purchase or issuance of “Delivery Order” through the system.

1. Select “Inventory” under Pricebook in CRM.


2. Please click on “Add New” button to add new inventory.



Description:

Add : Please click this button to add new inventory.

Pricebook : Please select the related pricebook.

Location : Please select inventory location at either HQ or any other location.

Quantity : Please state the item or product quantity.

Description : Please state item description.

Cost Price Per Unit : Please key in the cost price per unit.

3. Click “Save” when you are done filling.

4. Click “View List” to view your company’s inventory list.
