If you have your own Chart of Account, you can enter your Chart of Account data manually in OfficeCentral Accounting module.

1. Click on Chart of Accounts (Overall) menu in CHART OF ACCOUNTS submodule.
2. Click “+ ADD HEADER” to add “Header” or “Detail” in your Chart of Account.

Note:

  • Although the Account Code in Account Information generated automatically, you can put the code for your own account if you wish.
  •  You need to choose the exact location for your account.
  •  You need to choose the correct account type in What is this Account box.
