To perform the accounting transactions, you need to set several Header and Detail. When you add a new Header or Detail, the following window will appear as shown below:
Enter the required data to set the new Header or Detail. The steps are as follow:
Account Type : Detail
Account Information - Account Name : Revenue A
Location : Headquarters (tick one only)
What is this account? : Revenues -> Sales Revenues (tick one only)
Enter the required data to set the new Header or Detail. The steps are as follow:
- For Account Type, please click on the right selection (either Header or Detail).
- Account code and Account Name may be change according to your preference.
- Select the right location for your account.
- For What is this Account box, please choose the correct account type to ensure information accuracy in the account later.
- Example: If you want to create the Revenue account, you can use the following guidelines:
Account Type : Detail
Account Information - Account Name : Revenue A
Location : Headquarters (tick one only)
What is this account? : Revenues -> Sales Revenues (tick one only)
