In Reports sub-module, you can generate General Ledger Report for

  • Overall (combination of all location) and Individual (single location).
  • Admin for location can only view reports for its location. When you click on General Ledger under the Reports sub-module, the following screen will appear:
  • You will be going into this page.



1. Click on the box to show / hide inactive accounts.


2. Key in Start Date and End Date.


3. Click on Search button to generate report.


4. Use “slider” to show/hide Chart of Accounts.


5. Click on Microsoft Excel button to export report file and download it in Microsoft Excel format.
