> To add new departments within your company, go to “Settings”.


> Under “Departments”, click "View List".



> You will see the list of departments that are currently available.


> To add a new department, click on the “ADD”.




> Then you can see the following screen:


 

> Fill in the information as needed such as the name and description of the department. If there is a parent department attached to the department (such as a division), please choose the parent department in the “Parent” drop down list.


> After finish, click "Save".
