1. Go to "Maintenance Management", select "Settings", then select "Approver Settings", then click "Add New".
2. Fill in required information. Approval level set to "1" if you only want 1 level approver, set to "2" if you want another level of approver (You have to create approver level 1 first).
3. Once you have done, click "Create" to upload.
