Facilities can be booked by two methods, either by internal add or public URL provided.
To book by internal add:
1. Go to "Facilities", select "Bookings", then click "Add New".
2. Fill in required information.
Booking name | Enter any name for that booking. |
Booking contact | Enter the contact number. |
Payment info | Method of payment for the booking. |
From date | Select the date starts. |
To date | Select the end date. |
Facility | Select the facility option. |
Booking status | Select the booking status either pending, approved, rejected or cancelled. (Accessible only for internal admin) |
Payment status | Choose the payment status either paid or not paid. (Accessible only for internal admin) |
3. Once you have done, click "Save" to upload.
