In OfficeCentral system, you can replace or update other staff to use the same username. Usually this situation will happens when staff has resign and replace with other staff.
To update the staff, go to Users, and then click view list.
After that you will be able to see the screen as follow:
|1||Click details and you will see the screen as the below.|
|2||Choose which staff do you want to change.|
|3||After choose the staff, click Update Staff button.|
After you click update staff, you will see the following screen. License type and roles will be disappear because just now you change the new staff. So the license of previous staff will be gone.
Please follow the steps below to give new license and new role to the new staff:
|1||Please select the license type here.|
|2||After select license type, please click update license.|
|3||After click update license, you have to choose the role group.|
|4||After choose role group(s), please click update roles.|
|Note: If you replace staff or change staff, this will be reduce you license credit.|
