1. In order to make a budget application, you can go to Applications and click “New Application”. 

2. After you click New Application, you will see this page:

Choose the department for this budget application

Choose the budget period for this budget application. 

C

This is the type of budget application which is new or revision.

Fill in the budget amount for the related budget codes. Only budget code type “detail” can be filled in.

 

3. After you have filled in the information and budget amount, please click “Save”. 

 

4. Budget application status that has been saved can be viewed you at “View All”. The status can be seen as pending meaning it has not been approved yet, approved meaning it has been approved and rejected means the application is rejected.
