Once you have made the new or revised budget application, it has to be approved first. After it has been approved then it will be considered as the financial budget for each department and budget code. You can then use the budget whenever you made any transactions and also monitor the current amount available of the budget.

 

1. As approver, Go to “To Approve Only” and click on “Details” of the new or revision budget application to be approved. 

2. After clicking on Details, approver will see the details of the budget application:

3. After it has been approved or rejected, the status for that budget application will change from pending to approved/rejected.
