In this module, you can manage staff overtime claims. OfficeCentral system allows staff to apply for overtime claims and supervisor to approve it online.

 

  1. To access this module, go to “Overtimes”.
  2. First, you need to go to “Overtimes > Apply for other overtimes” then fiil in the required information.
  3. You need to add the period of the overtime hours in the “Start from” and “End on” field. You also need to add the “Task” that has been done during the overtime.
  4. A function of “send email” is available for admin settings and admin can also “auto approved” the overtime application.
  5. Once done, click on the Save” link at the top right-hand side of the form.
