Resign | "Resign" is used when the employee resigns. But it will still be on the employee list and the payroll. |
Deactivate | "Deactivate" is used if you want to "delete" the employee's name from the system and you will no longer see the employee's name in this system. However, the employee data is still stored. To access inactive employee data, you can select “Inactive Only” in the filter. |
Suspend | "Suspend" is used if the employee is still active and you just want to suspend the payment of salary. It is usually used if the employee takes unpaid leave for a long period of time. |
