FINANCIAL MODULE


OfficeCentral also has a financial module to record financial data, such as claims and payments. Go to the left bar and click "Finance".   You can access financial modules as follows:



EMPLOYEE CLAIM


Once you have entered the finance module, press "Claims" to access the Employee Claims module. In this module, you can see all the claims that your employees have submitted. As a staff/employee, this module makes it easy for employees to record expenses that have been withdrawn from their own pocket money on employment matters and send information to employers for processing.


1. Firstly, go to the "Claims" and click "Add New"


2. Enter all the required information.

Please enter the type of claim you want to make.

Enter the purpose of the claim.

Enter the date of the claim.

Enter Advance if any.

Enter Project (Project) if any.

Enter the movement (movement) if any.

Enter a statement (Description) if applicable

Enter the Item, complete the information such as Date of Receipt, Information regarding the Receipt, the amount of Tax if any, and the total amount for the Receipt.

Insert attachments if any















  • For your information, you can select the relevant "Advance" if the claim is for an advance (Advance) that has taken before. If the claim is based on the employee's movement(movement), you can select the relevant movement.
