The "Documents" section displays a list of previously created documents, including Quotations, Invoices, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, and Receipts. Utilize the filter options to search for specific documents. 

 

 

Click on a document to view its details:

  • Invoice Details: View customer name, invoice amount, date and the QR code for LHDN (if the invoice, Credit Note, or Debit Note has been submitted to LHDN).
  • Payment Status: Click on the "Unpaid" status to change it to "Paid", "Partially Paid", or "Unpaid". Note: This option is available for invoices only.
  • Download: Click the "Download" icon to save the document as a PDF.
  • Share: Click the "Share" icon to send the document directly to a customer or contact.
  • Edit: Click the "Edit" icon to modify the document.
  • Delete: Click the "More" icon and select "Delete" to remove the document.
