1. Click on the “+ New Document” icon and choose “Receipt”. Fill in the necessary details, then click the () icon to save.

 

Additional Notes:

  • Template: Choose between Template 1 and Template 2.
  • Bill To: Choose the customer’s name. To add a new customer, click “+ New Customer”.
  • Receipt Details: Edit the Receipt Number and Date if needed. Click “Add or Edit Items” to input the receipt items. To add a new item, click “+ New Item”.
  • Currency: Choose the appropriate currency.
  • Terms & Conditions: Optional — you may enter any applicable terms.
