- Click on the “+ New Document” icon and choose “Receipt”. Fill in the necessary details, then click the (✔) icon to save.
Additional Notes:
- Template: Choose between Template 1 and Template 2.
- Bill To: Choose the customer’s name. To add a new customer, click “+ New Customer”.
- Receipt Details: Edit the Receipt Number and Date if needed. Click “Add or Edit Items” to input the receipt items. To add a new item, click “+ New Item”.
- Currency: Choose the appropriate currency.
- Terms & Conditions: Optional — you may enter any applicable terms.
