2. The Dashboard displays an overview of your current subscription plan, including plan type and key details.
The Dashboard provides direct links to key features for faster access:
- Account Manager – Redirects you to the Account Manager page to link or update your WhatsApp profile.
- File Manager – Opens the File Manager where you can upload, organize, and manage files within Wicarabot.
- Autoresponder – Opens the WhatsApp Autoresponder section, where you can set automatic replies for incoming messages to your linked WhatsApp number.
- Bulk Messaging – Opens the Bulk Messaging section, which allows you to send messages to multiple contacts at once.
- Chatbot – Opens the Chatbot setup page, where you can create, edit, or configure AI or manual chatbot responses (e.g., if a contact asks Question A, you can pre-define Answer A).
3. The WhatsApp Report section displays the total number of messages sent through your connected WhatsApp accounts.
4. This section shows a breakdown of your bulk message activity:
- Total Bulk Sent – Total number of bulk messages sent.
- Sent – Number of messages successfully delivered.
- Failed – Number of messages that failed to send.
5. The Dashboard also includes reports related to:
- Send via API
- Autoresponder performance
- Chatbot interactions
