1. Navigate to the WhatsApp section, then select "Bulk Messaging" from the menu.
2. The page will display a list of previously created campaigns.
Click the following icons to manage your campaigns:
- Restart: Resend the campaign to the original contacts.
- Retry: Resend messages that failed in the previous attempt.
- Edit: Update the selected campaign.
- Report: Download the status report for the selected campaign.
- Delete: Permanently remove the campaign.
3. Use the Filter option to search for specific campaigns.
You can perform bulk actions by selecting multiple campaigns using the checkboxes:
- Click Report to download reports for the selected campaigns.
- Click Delete to remove selected campaigns.
- Click Export Campaigns to download selected campaigns in .json format.
- Click Import Campaigns to upload campaigns from a .json file.
4. Click the plus icon (+) to add a new campaign.
- Fill in the following details to configure your campaign:
- WhatsApp Account: Select the WhatsApp account to use.
- Campaign Name: Enter a name for your campaign.
- Contact Group: Choose the group of contacts to send messages to.
- Media File & Caption: Upload media and write your message caption.
- In the Time Post section, you can schedule the time for message delivery.
- Schedule Time: Set the exact time you want your messages to be sent.
- Random Message Interval (Min & Max): Set a time gap between each message sent.
Note: The random interval feature helps prevent WhatsApp from flagging your account as spam by spacing out the message delivery.
