1. Go to the WhatsApp section and select "Chatbot".

 


2. The Chatbot page will show whether the chatbot is currently enabled or disabled.

  1. Click + Add Item to create a new chatbot item.
  2. Click Item List to view previously created chatbot items.

 


3. Click the Menu List icon on any item to:

  1. Edit: Update the chatbot item.
  2. Delete: Remove the item from the list.

 


4. Select multiple items using the checkboxes and choose from the following options:

  1. Delete – Remove selected items.
  2. Export Chatbots – Download chatbot items as a .json file.
  3. Import Chatbots – Upload chatbot items using a .json file.
  4. Capturer Report – Download a report of chatbot responses.


You can also click Edit Chat Box Settings to customize the overall AI behavior and response logic.

 


5. Click "More Options", then select Edit Chatbot Settings from the dropdown menu.

 

The Chatbot Settings page will be displayed. Fill in the following fields:

  • AI Status: Choose to Enable or Disable AI responses.
  • AI API Key: Enter your API key. This key can be obtained by subscribing to the AI service.

 

  • AI Temperature: Adjust the creativity level of AI responses.

                - A higher value results in more creative or poetic replies.

                - A lower value gives more direct and predictable responses.

 

  • AI Model: Choose the AI model you want to use.
  • Chat Keyword to Enable: Define a keyword that, when used in a chat, will activate the AI.
  • Chat Keyword to Disable: Define a keyword that, when used in a chat, will deactivate the AI.

Click "Submit" to save the changes or click "Back" to return to the Chatbot list page without saving.

 


6. To create a new chatbot item, click the "Add" icon to begin setting up a new chatbot rule or response.

 


7. Fill in the Required Details:

  • Status: Choose whether to enable or disable this chatbot item.
  • Is Not Match Default Response: Set a default reply for messages that don’t match any keywords.
  • Sent To: Define which users or groups the rule applies to.
  • Type:
  • Message contains keywords: Triggers the chatbot if the message includes any listed keywords.
  • Message contains whole keyword: Triggers only if the full keyword matches the message exactly.
  • Name and Description: Give a title and optional description for clarity.

 


8. 

  • Keyword(s): Enter multiple keyword variations, including different cases or spacing.
  • Next Bot Action: Choose what the bot should do next after responding.
  • Presence Delay: Set how long the chatbot should wait before replying. You can also show a typing, recording, or blank status to the contact.
  • Media File & Caption: Attach any image, video, or file with a caption (optional).


9. 

  • Use AI: Enable this to let AI respond more naturally based on the context of the message.


Click "Submit" to save the chatbot item or click "Back" to return to the chatbot list without saving.
