1. Navigate to the WhatsApp section, then select "Contacts".
2. If you have created contact groups previously, they will be displayed on this page.
- Click the “+” icon to add a new group.
- Enter the Group Name, then click "Submit" to create the group.
- Alternatively, click Back to return to the contact group list without saving.
For each group in the list, you can: - Click the Edit icon to update the group name.
- Click the Phone List icon to manage the phone numbers within the group.
- Click the Delete icon to remove the group entirely.
3. After clicking the Phone List icon, the list of phone numbers in the group will be displayed.
- Click Import to add new phone numbers to the group.
You can import numbers by uploading a CSV file or entering them directly into the Wicarabot form.
- After entering or uploading the numbers, click Submit to save the list.
To delete multiple numbers at once:
- Tick the checkboxes next to the numbers you want to remove.
- Then click the Delete icon to remove them in bulk.
