1. Accessing Your Account Information

 

Navigate to Account Profile, then select "Account".

 

 

Your account details will be displayed. From here, you can update your Logo, Full Name, Username, Email, and Timezone. After making changes, click "Save" to apply the updates.

 

 

 

2. Changing Your Password

 

Navigate to Account Profile, then select "Change Password".

 

The password change page will be displayed. Enter your Current Password, followed by your New Password and Confirm New Password. Click "Submit" to save the new password.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Viewing Your Subscription Plan

 

Navigate to Account Profile, then select "Plan".

 

The Plan page will be displayed. This section shows your current Plan Details and the Permissions granted under your Wicarabot subscription.

 

 

 

4. Managing Billing Information

 

Navigate to Account Profile, then select "Billing".

 

The Billing page will be displayed. Here, you can enter or update the Owner's Name, Tax Number/ID, and Billing Address. Click "Submit" to save your billing information.


This page also includes a list of Invoices issued to the account based on your username or email address.
