This sub-module allows you to make adjustments to your stock to make sure your stock tally. To setup, please follow the steps as follow: -

  1. Go to Network Marketing Management > Choose on "Pricebook and Inventory" in the Configuration section.
  2. Then in "Stock", expand "Stock Take", and it will have four options as below: -

Click "View List" to view all stock take history in all locations.

Click on this button, "Add New," to add a new stocktake in all locations.

Click "View List (My Location)" to view all stock take history in each location.

Click on this button, "Add New (Location)", to add a new stocktake in each location.

 

 3. When you select "Add New/"Add New (My Location)", you will see all information as per the following picture.

Click on this button "Location" to choose which location to make stock take. If you decide by "My Location", which location users have been assigned will automatically appear.

Fill in any "Remarks" of your stock take.

Fill in the stock amount in "Physical Quantity" to make sure your stocks tally.

Click "Save" after complete fill in all information.
