This sub-module allows you to make adjustments to your stock to make sure your stock tally. To setup, please follow the steps as follow: -

  1. Go to Network Marketing Management > Choose on "Pricebook and Inventory" in the Configuration section.
  2. Then in "Stock", expand "Stock Take", and it will have four options as below: -

Click "View List" to view all stock take history in all locations.

Click on this button, "Add New," to add a new stocktake in all locations.

Click "View List (My Location)" to view all stock take history in each location.

Click on this button, "Add New (Location)", to add a new stocktake in each location.

 


3. When you select "VIEW LIST (Overall)/ (My location)", you will see all information as per the following picture.

Click on this button "Add" to add a new stock take.

Click on "Location" to choose the location to view your stock take history. If you decide by "View List (My Location)", you only can consider stock taken by your site.

Click on this button "Search" to search your raw material record.

Click on this button "Detail" to view stock detail details.

Click on "Unfinalized" to unfinalized your stock take the record.
